Derbi autonómico a la vista
Tras la disputa de las cinco primeras jornadas de la competición, LaLiga nos trae ya un interesantísimo derbi entre dos de los tres equipos valencianos del torneo liguero. Un Villarreal-Valencia siempre resulta atractivo, aunque sea en los primeros compases del curso futbolístico.
El Villarreal debe de hacer valer la importancia de jugar en casa, aunque sea sin público. En una competición tan larga como es LaLiga el factor campo es un elemento decisivo en la clasificación final. A pesar de las bajas los amarillos tiene potencial suficiente para llevarse los tres puntos, afianzarse en la parte alta de la tabla y dejar un poco más tocado a un rival directo que ha sido noticia más por las tempestades que se viven en el seno de su dirección que por el juego exhibido sobre el cesped.

El vicepresidente del Villarreal CF, José Manuel Llaneza, impartirá clases en la Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera a partir de febrero
El vicepresidente del Villarreal CF, José Manuel Llaneza, protagonizó el arranque del nuevo título de Especialista en Dirección y Gestión Deportiva de la Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera con una charla formativa acerca del modelo de gestión del Submarino.
Se trata de una formación pionera en la Comunidad Valenciana que responde a la creciente demanda de profesionales de la empresa expertos en el sector deportivo. Un título de especialización que formará a los futuros graduados en Dirección de Empresas para asumir puestos de gestión y dirección de entidades deportivas públicas o privadas, así como para impulsar nuevos proyectos empresariales vinculados al mundo del deporte.
A partir de febrero y de manera regular, José Manuel Llaneza impartirá una serie de clases para compartir su experiencia dentro del fútbol profesional con los alumnos en la que también contará con la colaboración de personajes relevantes.

Endavant Solidaritat realiza su campaña de donación de sangre entre los aficionados
La cara más solidaria de los seguidores amarillos
Los seguidores del Villarreal CF demostraron una vez más su solidaridad durante la jornada de donación de sangre en el Estadio de la Cerámica, gracias a la nueva campaña de donación impulsada por el club amarillo y el Centre de Transfusió de la Comunitat Valenciana (CTCV) que tuvo lugar recientemente.
El miembro del Departamento de Relaciones Institucionales del Villarreal CF, Marcos Senna, el jefe de servicio de Hemodonación del CTCV, Roberto Roig, y la responsable del centro de transfusión de Castellón, Virginia Callao, acudieron a la Sala de Preferencia del estadio para agradecer de primera mano a la afición su aportación y solidaridad. El club obsequió a los donantes con un vale de descuento del 10% para canjear en las Tiendas Oficiales del Villarreal CF.
Con más de 18 años de recorrido, se han registrado alrededor de 9.000 donaciones desde la temporada 2001/02 dentro de esta iniciativa, enmarcada dentro del proyecto de Endavant Solidaritat.

Central que destaca por su capacidad de anticipación y habilidad para tareas de recuperación. Además, cuenta con una gran salida de balón y poderío en el juego aéreo. Por su polivalencia, puede actuar tanto en el eje de la zaga como de lateral derecho.
Foyth llegó al Tottenham Hotspur con 19 años, procedente del Estudiantes de La Plata, club en el que se formó y dio el salto a la élite. Es internacional con la Selección Argentina, con la que ha disputado 10 partidos.
Equipos anteriores: Estudiantes de La Plata y Tottenham Hotspur.
Temporada 2019-20: 4 partidos y 65 minutos.
