Un derbi venido a menos pero altamente peligroso

El defensa del Villarreal Jaume Costa ha participado recientemente en una distendida videoconferencia con los alumnos del CEIP Lluís Tena de Sant Jordi . Los estudiantes de Educación Primaria del centro educativo han podido saciar su curiosidad trasladándole al polivalente futbolista amarillo un sinfín de divertidas cuestiones sobre el Villarreal, LaLiga y su dilatada trayectoria profesional en una entretenida charla ‘online’.
Un nuevo formato para hacer frente a la pandemia del Covid-19
El Villarreal se reinventa en tiempos de adversidad. A través del programa Endavant Club Groguet, el club amarillo ha ideado un nuevo formato virtual para llevar a cabo la actividad ‘Una Estrella en Tu Cole’, pese a la pandemia del Covid-19, y acercar así a las estrellas amarillas con los aficionados más jóvenes de nuestra provincia.
Además de la visita virtual de Jaume Costa al CEIP Lluís Tena de Sant Jordi , otros futbolistas del Villarreal CF han participado en esta divertida actividad destinada para los más pequeños. Esta temporada, Sergio Asenjo fue protagonista en el CEIP Don José Alba de La Vilavella y Fer Niño, en el CEIP Botànic Calduch de Vila -real. De aquí en adelante, tanto los jugadores del Submarino como las futbolistas del Femenino A participarán en videollamadas con los alumnos de otros centros de nuestra provincia.
Cabe recordar que, más allá de las charlas virtuales, los centros escolares de la provincia de Castellón pueden disfrutar de forma gratuita de un entrenamiento dirigido por técnicos del fútbol base amarillo y de una visita guiada por el Estadio de la Cerámica.

Todos los aficionados ‘groguets’ podrán seguir este sábado a las 17.00 horas la primera batalla por el ‘play-off’ de ascenso del filial amarillo. Este partidazo se podrá seguir a través de la multiplataforma de emisión en directo del club amarillo, Villarreal TV Live.
La retransmisión arrancará diez minutos antes del inicio del duelo, a las 16.50 horas, con la mejor previa.
Un rival directo por el ‘play-off’
El equipo dirigido por Miguel Álvarez intentará lograr este fin de semana un triunfo para superar al conjunto alicantino en la tabla y regresar a las posiciones de ‘play-off’. El Mini Submarino, que logró un punto en su último encuentro liguero ante el Valencia Mestalla (1-1), se encuentra cuarto con 22 puntos en la clasificación y tiene por delante tres duros encuentros para finalizar la primera fase de la temporada. Por su parte, el Hércules se encuentra en la tercera posición de la tabla con 24 puntos y venció en su último compromiso liguero al UD Ibiza (1-0).
