‘Lucha entre submarinos’
Villarreal y Cádiz se enfrentan en La Cerámica desde posiciones diferentes pero parecidos anhelos. El Villarreal desea seguir sumando los puntos de tres en tres para mantener las aspiraciones de poder disputar competición europea la próxima temporada. El Cádiz quiere también sumar puntos con la ambición de huir definitivamente de la cercanía de los puestos de descenso.
Y en la historia de todo ello se encuentra el «derbi de los amarillos» y la «lucha entre submarinos». Gerard Moreno de nuevo con la Selección Española
El delantero amarillo ha sido convocado con La Roja para los partidos oficiales ante Grecia, Georgia y Kosovo
El delantero del Villarreal Gerard Moreno ha sido convocado por la Selección Española para disputar los encuentros ante Grecia (25 de marzo), Georgia (28 de marzo) y Kosovo (31 de marzo) de clasificación para el Mundial 2022.
La llamada de ‘La Roja’ le llega a Gerard Moreno en un excelente momento de forma a nivel individual. Esta temporada, el atacante amarillo ha anotado 17 goles y ha repartido siete asistencias con la elástica del Villarreal CF.
El delantero catalán ya ha disputado un total de nueve encuentros con la Selección Española, con una aportación individual más que destacada al haber anotado cuatro tantos y haber repartido el mismo número de asistencias.
Desde su debut en octubre de 2019, el ‘7’ groguet se ha convertido en un habitual en las convocatorias del combinado nacional.
