La jornada 2 de LaLiga enfrenta al Villarreal frente al Eibar en el primer partido de toda la jornada. A las 4 de la tarde el Estadio de La Cerámica será testigo del segundo de los partidos de los amarillos en su feudo en esta nueva temporada. El Eibar, aunque se ha reforzado, no debería de resultar un impedimento para conseguir los 3 puntos en juego. El Villarreal necesita la victoria, más por necesidad anímica que por clasificación. Será interesante comprobar si el nuevo y flamante fichaje «groguet», Estupiñán, debuta con la elástica amarilla.
Del resto de la jornada destaca el Real Sociedad-Real Madrid que será el último partido del domingo. La Real ha sabido moverse bien en la confección de la plantilla, mientras que el Real Madrid competirá como viene siendo habitual históricamente, a pesar de los movimientos de entradas y salidas que acechan al club blanco en estos primeros compases de la competición. Una interesante jornada.
