Hi participen 16 empreses i hi ha un total de 600 persones inscrites per a trobar una ocupació La Vall d’Uixó acull el Fòrum Connecta Labora a l’Edifici Cultural Leopoldo Peñarroja, una jornada organitzada per Labora en col·laboració amb el Pacte Comarcal per l’Ocupació de la Plana Baixa en què participen 16 empreses i hi ha més de 600 persones inscrites. Al llarg del dia es portaran a terme diversos tallers i activitats com xerrades, simulacions d’entrevistes de treball o taules redones. «Aquest és un fòrum necessari, ja que una de les reivindicacions de les empreses del nostre territori és la falta de professionals adequats a les seves necessitats, i en la formació de la nostra gent les institucions hem de ser pioneres perquè puguen trobar un treball i un salari digne«, assegura l’alcaldessa de la Vall d’Uixó, Tania Baños. Una altra de les necessitats, segons Baños, és «ajustar els tallers d’ocupació a les necessitats reals dels sectors on els alumnes poden desenvolupar treballs«. «Des del Pacte Comarcal anem a treballar tots els ajuntaments de forma conjunta perquè la gent desocupada puga eixir al mercat laboral en les millors condicions possibles«, afegeix l’alcaldessa. Enric Nomdedéu, secretari autonòmic d’Ocupació i Director General de Labora (antic Servef) destaca que el nucli principal de LABORA és l’orientació i la formació per a guiar a les persones cap a aquells mercats on tenen més possibilitats de trobar treball: «El Fòrum Connecta consisteix a concentrar en espai i temps actes per a encaminar a les persones cap als espais d’ocupació més adequats per a elles«.
