Las vacunas han llegado al centro de distribución a las 9.53 horas y se han distribuido a residencias de las tres provincias
Se administrarán a lo largo del día 775 dosis entre residentes y personal sociosanitario
La Comunitat Valenciana ha iniciado este domingo la vacunación contra la COVID-19 en siete residencias de mayores de las provincias de Alicante, Castellón y Valencia.
Las primeras dosis han llegado al centro de distribución a las 9.53 horas y se han repartido en neveras para ser transportadas a las residencias de Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Torrent, Rafelbunyol, Benissanó, Almassora y Burriana, donde se vacunará a las personas de estos centros que hayan confirmado su aceptación.
A lo largo del día está previsto administrar un total de 775 dosis entre residentes y personal sociosanitario.
Durante el primer trimestre de 2021, en la Comunitat Valenciana se administrarán más de 377.000 dosis de la vacuna Pfizer, que corresponden, al tratarse de dos dosis por persona, a más de 188.000 personas vacunadas.
La Conselleria de Sanidad Universal y Salud Pública espera que las más de 50.000 personas, entre trabajadores y trabajadoras y residentes, que conviven en residencias puedan estar vacunadas a lo largo del mes de enero.
